Payyanur:The Kannur district conference of CMP will be held at Payyanur from 22nd to 24th of April 2003. A massive rally will be held on 22nd evening from Perumba to Payyanur GandhiMaidan exhibiting the strength of the party. Male and female red-volunteers will also participate in the rally. A pubic meeting will be held at Gandhimaidan after the rally. CMP General secretary and the minister for co-operation MVR will inaugurate the public meeting. Party leaders Patyam Rajan, CP John, KR Aravindakshan,MK Kannan, CP Moosankutty, P.Balan Master will address the meeting. The conference of the selected delegates from various area committees will be held at Ayodhya auditorium on 23rd and 24th. About 300 delegates are expected to attend the conference which will be inaugurated by MV Raghavan. The flag to be hoisted at the confernce site will be brought from the memorial of EP Krishnan nambiar, the late leader of CMP ,at kolachery. This was announced at a pressmeet held at Payyanur. Various CMP leaders including Balan Master, CP Moosankutty attended the pressmeet.
